What flywheel weight are you guys using for the XC's to help more with the hard Enduro riding?
I'm leaning towards the 10oz, although specs mention 13oz for technical riding. I would say I ride 50% fast flowy trails and 50% hard Enduro trails.
Any reviews for people have installed one on their XC?
Hey Mitch, that's a classic dilemma for the 300 XC. Since you're splitting your time 50/50 between flowy trails and hard enduro, here’s a breakdown to help you decide between the 10oz and 13oz options.
The 10oz Weight (The Middle Ground)
If you want to keep that "snappy" motocross feel that the XC is known for, the 10oz is likely your best bet.
The 13oz Weight (The Tractor Mode)
This is usually the go-to for guys riding 100% technical/hard enduro.
Given your 50/50 mix, I’d recommend the 10oz weight.
