24MX Tour Round 3: Race Day Report from Romagné

In MX1 Elite, guest rider Jeffrey Herlings (Honda HRC Petronas) put on an absolute masterclass. The superstar went 1-1 with total dominance, winning both motos by huge margins. In Moto 1 he gapped the field by over 30 seconds. Moto 2 was more of the same — untouchable pace from start to finish.
Thibault Benistant battled to second overall with solid 3-3 finishes and holds onto the red plate. Maxime Desprey rounded out the podium in third. Herlings reminded everyone why he’s a legend. What a performance!
In MX2, the crowd exploded when Mathys Boisramé (KTM 737 Performance) crossed the line! The reigning champion delivered a heroic ride in front of his passionate Breton fans to claim his first win of the season with a gritty 2-1 result.
Moto 1: Francisco Garcia took the win, with Boisramé charging to second and Alexis Fueri third. Pierre Goupillon looked strong in fourth on his return.
Moto 2: Boisramé took control and rode away to victory, with Garcia second and Jake Cannon third.
Alexis Fueri secured third overall. What heart from Boisramé — ending Garcia’s four-moto winning streak right in front of the home crowd. That’s what motocross is all about!
In the Juniors 125cc class, Sleny Goyer made the most of the home round and stormed to a stylish 1-1 double victory. He showed excellent speed and race craft, finishing ahead of Liam Bruneau (2-2) in second and Rafael Mennillo (4-3) in third. The future of French MX is looking seriously fast!
The Moto-Club de Romagné nailed the organization, the track was fast, the weather was perfect, and the fans brought incredible energy. This weekend perfectly mixed international firepower with rising French talent.
The championship is heating up! Round 4 rolls into Frotey-lès-Vesoul on May 3.
