2026 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship Calendar Drops: Nine Epic Rounds Across Three Continents!
Paige Turner here, BlueMoto Reporter 🏁
Hey racers and hard enduro fans — the 2026 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship calendar just dropped, and let me tell you — it’s going to be an absolute BLAST!
Nine epic rounds from April through October, roaring across Europe, Africa, and North America. This season is loaded with serious pain, jaw-dropping views, and the kind of heart-pounding racing that keeps you on the edge of your seat!
Here’s how it all kicks off. We explode out of the gates in France with the 24MX Alestrem Hard Enduro, Round 1, on April 17-19. Southern France is firing up as the season opener — riders are going to love and hate every brutal second of that early test!
From there we charge to Portugal for the Extreme XL Lagares, Round 2, on May 1-3. Then grab your passports because we’re flying across the pond to the wild, rugged mountains of Idaho, USA for the Silver Kings Hard Enduro, Round 3, on June 18-20. North America is back and ready to smash the riders with everything it’s got!
Big highlights coming mid-season. Italy gets two massive bites this year. First is the Abestone Rodeo Miravalle, Round 4, on July 10-12 in a brand new location that’s already got me buzzing.
Then, after a quick trip north, we have something VERY special… Sweden is joining the party! For the very first time ever, Sweden hosts a round of the Hard Enduro World Championship with the Forza Orza, Round 5, on August 20-22 in Orsa Grönklitt. Picture deep forests, savage climbs, and those unbelievable views over Lake Orsasjön. I cannot wait to see the riders tackle this fresh Scandinavian challenge!
Right after that, we swing back to Italy for the Wild Woods Extreme, Round 6, on September 11-13.
The big finales everyone waits for. The season slams shut with the absolute classics: Roof of Africa, Round 7, in Lesotho from September 23-26 — “The Mother of Hard Enduro.” If you’re battling for the title, this beast usually settles it in style. Then comes Sea to Sky, Round 8, in Turkiye on October 8-10, and finally the 24MX Hixpania, Round 9, in Spain on October 23-25.
These three deliver pure festival fire — huge crowds, insane tracks, and memories that will last a lifetime!
Championship Director Ross Whitehead nailed it when he said: “We wanted a compact, world-class calendar that works for everyone and gives the fans an unforgettable season.” Nine rounds across some of the toughest and most beautiful terrain on the planet — this feels like a massive step up!
This 2026 season builds straight off the fire of 2025. Expect even tighter racing, better-organized events, upgraded paddocks, and that growing global vibe that makes hard enduro so ridiculously addictive.
If it’s happening on the track, you’ll hear it from me first.
See you at the gates,
Paige Turner
