Beta's big-bore two-stroke trials bike of the 2000s, sold as the Rev-3 270 and then the Evo 290.
Evo, successor to the Rev-3: new aluminium frame with a single slim top beam, linkage rear suspension and a revised crank and rod to cut vibration. The 290 (289.1cc) was calmer than the 270.
Rev-3, successor to the Techno: aluminium twin-spar monocoque frame and Beta's own water-cooled two-stroke in 125, 200, 250 and 270; engine revised 2003, geometry and suspension 2005, exhaust and radiator 2007.
